Heal and Thrive Retreats provide rest and a reminder of belovedness to leaders who fight human trafficking, global poverty and domestic issues around the world.
These annual 4 day retreats take place in the beautiful mountains of Colorado and are filled to the brim with every way we can think of to love and pour into these leaders.
Each retreat consists of 8 leaders who do not know each other and who's work is varied across the world. Each leader is nominated by a leader who has been before or by one of our board members or advocates.

For each retreat, we gather gifts. People from all over the world send us 8 items that we disperse into baskets. Each night we present the baskets, telling the women "these people have added their voice to a chorus singing over you that you are loved and your work is needed in this world."
